Escola Básica do Mosteiro inaugurada em 2022, situada no bairro das Colinas do Cruzeiro, que dispõe de um espaço confortável e multifuncional, com uma arquitetura moderna e inclusiva.
Este estabelecimento de ensino dispõe de um ginásio polidesportivo com excelentes condições para o desenvolvimento da modalidade de ginástica.
Atividade:
- Ginástica de formação
Entre os quatro e os seis anos anos, as aulas podem aumentar de duração, mas não devem exceder os 45 minutos. Os circuitos continuam sendo a melhor opção, assim como as brincadeiras no final da aula.
Dos seis aos dez anos de idade, ocorre a fase de iniciação. Nessa fase, o objetivo jamais deve ser competitivo e sim lúdico e exploratório. É justamente nessa fase em que a criança começa a ter os primeiros contatos com os aparelhos da ginástica. Ocorre assim, por parte dela, a descoberta do que é a ginástica e o gosto pela modalidade em si. O papel do professor torna-se fundamental na motivação dos alunos.
